Comprehensive Management
Price: 15% rental income + One month's rent as a comission for leassing
- Everything in Intermediate Plan and:
- Contract renewals without commission
- Judicial representation to request vacancy and payment of overdue rents. (The fees will be paid from the recovery of income that is done through judicial means).
- Preparation and presentation of improvement projects for the unit
- Access to the digital platform for real-time monitoring of the unit
- Preferential price to customers in supplier stores such as Home Depot, Comex, Tool-town, etc.
