  • Delivery of the unit to the tenant and follow-up of the start of the contract. (Service numbers, licenses, documentation for procedures at the town hall, review of remodeling projects, etc.)

  • Management of payments for services and taxes
  • Management of admin, maintenance and cleaning personnel

  • Emergency solution 365 days a year
  • Dispersion of remaining income

Premium Plan

Comprehensive Management

Price: 15% rental income + One month's rent as a comission for leassing

  • Everything in Intermediate Plan and:
  • Contract renewals without commission
  • Judicial representation to request vacancy and payment of overdue rents. (The fees will be paid from the recovery of income that is done through judicial means).
  • Preparation and presentation of improvement projects for the unit
  • Access to the digital platform for real-time monitoring of the unit
  • Preferential price to customers in supplier stores such as Home Depot, Comex, Tool-town, etc.
